Refund policy

Overview

At Nutraox (Buyzen Ltd), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return under the conditions below.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used due to health and hygiene reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned after 7 days


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank

If you still have not received your refund, contact us.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect product received


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.
